Of course! Why wouldn't it be?
Compared to REOs, short sales, commercial,
etc... It's
MORE low risk, it doesn't require
as much credit or experience, AND you make

to buy
homes for as low as $5,000-$10,000
and sell them quickly for $30,000, and
get this...
...he does it with houses most investors
don't want.
Now at first, I didn't understand,
but after I heard his presentation

accomplish this, I became a believer.
