here at REIClub for any length of time
you know we always shoot
you straight,
even when it ain’t pretty.
So let’s get down to the brass tacks…
MOST PEOPLE WHO READ THESE
EMAILS AREN’T MAKING ANY MONEY
IN REAL ESTATE. (ZERO, ZILCH, ZIP)
And it really bums me out.
The question is, are you in this group?
Want a hint? I’ll tell you what it’s NOT…
- It’s not that the opportunity isn’t there
(real estate has been the #1 way to
build wealth for hundreds of years)
- It isn’t that real estate is too hard
(not saying it’s easy, but flipping houses
really is the simplest business ever)

It’s not a lack of WANTING success
(because who doesn’t want to have
complete time and financial freedom!?!)
So if you find yourself reading these emails,
and you still haven’t made the money that
you want with real estate…
Fair warning though: once you know the
truth you won’t have any more excuses.
