What do you do when every other investor
is competing for the same deals as you?
My buddy Rob asked that question about
4 months ago as he saw competition going
up (again) and every investor using the
same
kind of postcard or yellow letter to
get seller leads...
It made me wonder what I could do to
get MORE SELLER LEADS…
