Hey,
you may not realize it, but you don't need
a proof of funds letter in order to make money
in real estate.
No more hunting for deals, wasting time and
money on marketing.
No more driving around looking at properties,
making offers, and hoping that 1 actually gets
accepted.
Oh yeah, no more earnest money deposits either :-)
