might be spring on the calendar, but it
is still cold here in Michigan.
However, for real estate investors, it’s
April Deals Bring May Dollars!
Things are getting busy around here in
my investing world. Last Saturday I got
45 off-market leads from
wholesalers I
work with and the MLS has been
booming all week with new listings too.
I am excited about the start of MY
Real Estate Season.
I have 2 rehabs that will be ready for
market soon and 2
expected closings
next week. I am ready to GO!
There are so many things to
look
forward to this Spring - like my Detroit
Tigers Baseball team. Spring means
soon there will be camping, cookouts,
lazy days at the beach and let’s not
forget our boats.
I enjoy the warmer weather seasons so
much more with freedom and income I
get from real estate. Honestly, I have sat
on the beach with my laptop and made
money with real estate.
So, if you have not started yet - this is the
best time of year to get started in real
estate - don’t wait any longer.
