Even while houses are staying on the market
for months on end because of the housing
bust, retail properties are lagging because
of decreased consumer spending, and Office
Properties are weak because of cuts in the
workforce, BUT Apartments are stronger than
ever!
In fact, there is a boom in the demand for
apartment units and it's not even close to
the peak! There are literally hundreds to
thousands, if not millions of people who
would have been able to purchase a home
just 12 months ago, but are now forced to
rent because there are no loans available
after the sub-prime meltdown, especially
