Hi ,
True story. This guy Tony is a typical
guy who basically saw his entire business
implode in the crash and then had to
rebuild from scratch.
See, he was a successful developer and
real estate agent in California, but then
that business just went away overnight.
But Tony doesn't give up. When he saw
an opportunity in distressed properties,
he switched over to doing short sales.
That went pretty well for awhile
(and he still does them), but you know
the deal with short sales...
(They can take FOREVER to close, flipping
deals doesn't work like it used to, banks
are erratic, the borrower has to jump
through all those hoops, the paperwork
can be a nightmare, a junior lienholder
can kill the whole process...)
Anyway, Tony finally figured out a
better way.
