but not every strategy works well in every market.
But, I want to let you in on one strategy that does.
It works great in THIS MARKET, its fast, simple to
learn, and systematically repeatable.
It doesn't require even a Post-it note of experience,
or a pile of cash or even access to financing! You
can also do it Part-Time, or even Full-Time, it's
all in YOUR control.

You pretty much stand between a seller and a buyer
and collect the difference (usually $5k-$10K per deal)
that you negotiate with the seller and the price you
negotiate with the buyer. And then you're done and on
to the next deal.
It's that simple...
This is NOT "Bird-Dogging", where the profits are
much smaller.
This is NOT rehabbing, or even Landlording, but
these types of investors can be YOUR BUYERS. And,
I'm sure you already know a few so you're ahead
of the game.
You're literally walking away with your profit
most often in 45 days or less, sometimes in a
day or two.
