really matter, and you don't need
to mess with banks.
When you find a buyer, they will GIVE
you Cash Upfront, typically $5k, $10k,
$20k, I know this because my buyer
offered me $20K CASH just last month...
...And get this, I've been cashflowing
this property for $300/month for the
