Hey ,
Many investors will claim that wholesaling
real estate is probably one of the easiest
areas of investing...
Of course! Why wouldn't it be?
Compared to short sales, REOs, commercial,
etc. It's MORE low risk, it doesn't require
as much credit or experience, AND you make
a pretty quick return on your money in a
short period of time.
But here's the kicker, there is actually
something easier than wholesaling, or at
least that's what my next speaker claims.
strategy that is actually EASIER than
wholesaling.
My first reaction... "Let me take a look."
Surprisingly, this is what I found...
Right now, this 'strategy' claimed
to be easier than wholesaling, has
actually allowed this real estate
expert to buy homes for as low as
